Living in the southern US means I don’t get to have many conversations about European football. I know some of you are fans though, so here are some thoughts.

At the start of the season, I don’t think anybody expected to be top of the table, much less be able to beat the top teams in the league. As it stands, though, Leicester are 5 points clear at the top of the table.

I think it is great. Even though I am a United fan, I can’t help but root for the Foxes when they play. Vardy and Mahrez are playing out of their minds right now and the win today against City (to the dismay of at least one of you on here) should only add to the fact that Leicester are legit title contenders.

Also, good job Liverpool fans for walking out early. You just missed your team fall the fuck apart in the last 10 minutes and let Sunderland come back from 2 nill down to draw. How do you feel about leaving early now?

You’ll never walk alone, but if you do, you’ll draw to Sunderland

Same with me here. I’m an Arsenal fan, but I still root for Leicester even though they are eliminating our chance of winning the league (which is looking less and less likely, but it’s the thought that counts.) Ranieri is a fucking amazing manager.

Agreed. At this point, I am just hoping for United to finish high enough to stay in the Champions League, but even that seems like a stretch.

Arsenal looked unbeatable a couple of months ago and there is still time for them to go on another run. I really would love to see Leciester hoist the trophy at the end of the season though. They deserve it. I hope Ranieri will stay put and not get courted by other teams in the offseason.

The end of that Liverpool match couldn’t have been a better story. It also says a lot about the season that team has right now, with simple mistakes creating huge consequences.

Leicester is incredible though, can’t wait to see them in CL next season!

As an Arsenal fan I am hoping the Gunners can get back to the top of the table. If Ozil and company can’t get it done I hope Leicester does, 3-1 vs Man City is a hell of an accomplishment.

Those last few minutes were an absolute laugh. I was listening to it on Talksport and the commentators were talking aboit all the fans who got up amd started with about 15 minutes left. I just knew something was going to happen. It always seems to go that way.

Yeah, not sure how much that affected the game but bad karma for sure. I think it’s more due to the lost confidence and insecurity after letting that free-kick in, which Mignolet should have saved. The second goal comes quite often in those situations..

Another Gooner here #Gunnersrulethenet and I’m happy for Leicester but man I’m angry at Arsenal at the moment. This was supposed to be the year where Wenger finally brought the title home but nope more disappointment. I’ve been #WengerOut for 7 years now, hopefully this will finally bring everyone around to my side.

I wish y’all could take Mourinho so I could stop worrying about him coming to us. I don’t like him. I’ve never liked him. He may have won things, but he is still classless.

At the Etihad at that! City just wasn’t ready for them today and it showed. I’ll be honest and say I am not a Gooner fan in the least, but if Leicester doesn’t win i would rather it be yall than City.

Don’t forget Tottenham, they are 2nd now and only 5 points behind.

And as a fellow United fan, I really liked the Liverpool game. Once I saw that Johnson made 2-1, it was only a matter of time before someone made it 2-2!

Oh, and I will never forget this:

How many more chances will he get?

AS MANY AS HE BLOODY WANTS.

End to the dictatorship.

He really needs to go. Give him some other function in the club, but not as a manager anymore. Who needs to replace him, do you think?

True. Tottenham is having a pretty decent season and could well continue their form.

I guess I can understand why the fans left since it was due to the ticket prices, but that is not the best way to protest it imo.

Leicester seem to have MC’s number for sure. I think it is epic.

Simeone. He knows how to succeed on a limited budget.

If Arsenal can out together a run over the next couple of weeks, they could still win it. It’s just going to be a crazy few weeks with that team from Spain coming up.

I’m glad Leicester City is keeping it going. If Arsenal aren’t going to win it, they would make for one heck of a story.
